A Family-Owned Contract Manufacturer With 30 Years of Innovation

GSP began as a small, family-run operation in a 7,000 sq. ft. facility, where everyone wore multiple hats and every member of the Fowler family played a role in keeping the business moving. What started with a handful of people, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way has grown into a 160,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing and engineering campus supporting some of the most respected brands in North America.

In the early days, GSP produced everything from foods to chemicals, adapting to customer needs and building a reputation for reliability, flexibility, and quality. Each step forward was driven by the founding vision of Jim Fowler, who set out to build a company that would provide:

  • Quality service grounded in integrity

  • Competitive pricing to help customers grow

  • Employment opportunities for the Hispanic community he was raised in — creating stable jobs, fair wages, and long-term economic impact in a neighborhood where it was desperately needed.

That vision still defines us today.

What started with a small family team has evolved into an organization of over 100 employees, including operators, technicians, engineers, managers, and quality professionals — all aligned under the same commitment Jim established from the beginning: treat customers like partners, treat employees like family, and continually invest in innovation that delivers real value.

Now in our second generation of leadership, GSP remains privately held, family-driven, and rooted in the principle that doing good work matters. Our growth has been substantial, but our identity hasn’t changed. We are still a company built on relationships, engineering capability, and a relentless drive to exceed expectations.
